A large town-planning project on the isthmus between two bodies of water: Borisov Ponds and the Moscow River.
The land has a changeable relief: the plateau turns into a slope when approaching the river.
Most of the slope is given over to the park to create the feeling of a country walk.
The upper part of the slope is occupied by the city consisting of three districts, the typology of which is changing.
