The business center in Novokuznetskaya Street is the very first project completed by the Kleinewelt Architekten bureau. According to the project, it was a reconstruction of the decayed constructivist factory-kitchen built in 1932. A special façade system was applied to return the original panoramic windows to the building. Subsequently, the window apertures were decorated with dark gray granite slabs protruding 25 cm beyond the plane of the wall. This contrast determined the visual character of the building.
