The five-storey spinning building is located along the red line of Rochdelskaya Street. The facades of pylons and pilasters, arranged at the level of the second, third, fourth and fifth floors, have been carefully restored in accordance with historical drawings. The pylons have preserved the authentic architectural design of the late 20th century.

The original architectural image of the tower was also carefully restored. Inside there is a spacious two-story office.

On the facades of the reconstructed first floor the openings which used to be underground have been widened. The minus ground floor hosts a retail area with a small cafe.
