A large town-planning project is located on the isthmus between two bodies of water: on the one hand, the surface of a series of ponds is illuminated to the horizon, on the other, the Moscow River. The site has a changeable relief: the plateau turns into a slope when approaching the river. Most of the slope is given over to the park to create the feeling of a country walk. The upper part of the slope and plane is occupied by the city, consisting of three districts, the typology of which is changing along from one water pond to another.
