The club house at the intersection of Malaya Gruzinskaya Street and Stolyarny Lane.
Next to the new residential building there is a Roman Catholic Cathedral, the Timiryazev Museum, creative spaces of the Rassvet area, as well as the Muir and Maryliz old factory.
The key architectural attribute of the house is semicircular columns along the entire height of the building, monumental on the lower level and lighter on the upper floors.
Round columns give a unique personality to the house, while the dark stone serves a reference to the architectural creations of Roman Klein, the creator of TsUM and the factory of the Muir and Maryliz trading house.
The public part will house a design lobby with 8-meter ceilings, while the commercial one will host boutiques, cafes, restaurants and maintenance function.

The club house is designed at the intersection of Malaya Gruzinskaya Street and Stolyarny Lane at 3 Stolyarny per., building 6.

In close proximity to the building there is a Roman Catholic Cathedral, a picturesque complex of the Timiryazev Museum, the creative spaces of the Rassvet business district, as well as the Muir and Maryliz trading house’s furniture and bronze factory built at the beginning of the 20th century.

The building has 92 apartments and 6 panoramic penthouses, which occupy the 14th and 15th floors. The ceiling height in apartments starts from 3.3 m, in penthouses - from 4.5 m.

The laconic and strict volume of the building echoes the historical attractions, perfectly matching the existing urban fabric.

The key architectural attribute of the house is semicircular columns along the entire height of the building, monumental on the lower level and lighter on the upper floors.

The 15-storey building is divided into two functional parts - residential and public. The residential part is raised above the facades of the surrounding buildings to ensure the isolation from street noise.

Zoning can be traced at the level of the facades as well: the cladding of the upper part is made of dark stone and attracts attention with large volumes of glazing.

The public part occupying the two lower above-ground floors is also lined with natural dark stone, but of a different texture.

Round columns give a unique personality to the house, while the dark stone serves a reference to the architectural creations of Roman Klein, the creator of TsUM and the factory of the Muir and Maryliz trading house. The architecture of the building is synonymous with functionality, convenience, thoughtfulness of spaces - the key characteristics of the constructivist style.
