The premium class club house is designed at Krylatskaya street 23, and consists of 26 floors. The maximum height of the building is 100 meters.

The building is situated in an iconic location and is sure to become a dominating feature and recognizable landmark of the Krylatskoye district and the city as a whole.

The main idea of the project is creating an image of a lighthouse on the bank of the Moscow River.The volume of the residential tower is completed by a panoramic penthouse with continuous glazing - its architecture captures the image of a luminous visual magnet. For such a dominant, this is an ideal location - 370 meters from the Moscow River embankment and 200 meters from the Krylatsky Hills Park. From the windows of the apartments, there are magnificent views on Serebryany Bor, the flood plain and bend of the Moscow River as well as the Picturesque Bridge.

Apartment layouts together with the façade complex structure ensure the maximum possible number of apartments with best views.

All apartments are designed with unified zoning of residential and non-residential premises, which allows flexible planning and the possibility of combining penthouses into single spaces in height.

It’s tectonics that plays an important role the building image: in the volume-space solution, the method of visual separation of functional volumes is applied. Thus, the staircase-elevator unit is placed in a separate sculptural volume and, with its solidity, emphasizes the complex structure of the facade of the residential tower. The glass lobby and the main volume of the tower are separated from each other by the empty space of the roof terrace.

These techniques, as well as the contrast in materials, reveal the functional individuality of each volume, which refers the project to the ideas of modernism - the aesthetics of functionality.
