Europe's largest Mercedes-Benz and Audi dealer center is housed in the reconstructed building of the ZIL pattern-shop.
This is where the new cars used to be designed, developed and prepared for sale.
The building with a total area of 22.8 thousands m2 and includes two underground and six above-ground floors. They were finalized and prepared for sale.

The largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in Europe, combined with an Audi dealership, is located in the reconstructed building of the ZIL pattern- shop. In accordance with the general plan of the plant, the workshop served as a kind of front gate for the ensemble. This is where the new cars used to be designed, developed and prepared for sale.

The reconstructed object is the only building in the ZIL complex to have preserved the memory of the past destination of the territory. The building with an area of 22.8 thousand m2 includes two underground and six above-ground floors. To create completely transparent facades, high-strength glass panels measuring 3 x 6 m were developed.

Due to the selected proportions as well as the lack of excessive details, the modern part blends in with the historical facade. Each of the floors is given to a particular type of car being sold. The basement level is designed to house a service center and a spare parts warehouse, while the top floor is occupied by a car park. The building also accommodates a large technical area, VIP pickup and pre-owned car areas as well as consulting departments and sales offices. Thanks to such a variety of functions, the project turned out to be a small “factory” for car sale and maintenance.
