Bolshevik
Moscow, Leningradskiy pr., 15, b. 3
We developed the architectural concept of several buildings on the territory of "Bolshevik", the oldest Moscow factory. The project assumes a functional change of the production and administrative buildings of the former factory, which will mainly be occupied by residential apartments.
Dark-claret Flemish brick is used in the facade facework. The unique recognizable image of the house is created due to the active wave-like plasticity of the facade: the amplitude of the "wave" increases from the side of the yard, which mostly stays in the shade throughout the day. The arc-shaped balcony fences made of brass which run continuously along the perimeter of the building and change their bending value according to the relief of the façade form a characteristic facade element.
