Here's an example of a Business Centre been reconstructed to apartments. On the top floor there are penthouses with exits on terrace. This complex has restaurants, cafes and shops for future residents. We decided to use different facing and shapes for facades, to make them separate, still save the integrity.
The northern facade is made of dark and bright brick, with regular breakdown between its windows. Some of them are covered with prominent metal frames. In the west facade, there is also a regular breakdown window gaps, but designed with widely used in modern architecture fiber cement.
